an Indigenous Australian contemporary ritual of fire, dance and dreams
SAND SONG is an Indigenous Australian contemporary dance performance that presents a ritual of fire, dance, live visual art, story and song to bring light to our hopes and dreams.
It asks our children : what is it you wish for…and then brings the gift of fire to light up their dream.
There will also be a workshop for children to create a ‘dream jar’ to be part of the stage set. Please see page 41 for details.
